Why would I use a travel advisor to plan my trip?
We’re no strangers to the fact that planning a vacation can be a lot of work, but we can turn an otherwise stressful, time consuming process into a fun experience that you and your loved ones look forward to. You shouldn’t have to rely on hours spent on Google – and why would you? You deserve a consultant who can truly get to know your needs, which is why our planning process starts with a questionnaire to get to know you more. Every trip we plan is customized to YOU.
Whether you’re new travelers trying to book a honeymoon, overwhelmed by the hundreds of all-inclusive resort options throughout the Caribbean, or you’re an experienced family debating on where in Africa to go on your second safari, we serve a wide range of travelers dreaming of destinations across the globe.
Our team of advisors have years of industry experience, regularly attend trainings to stay “in the know”, and work hard to build industry relationships that ultimately benefit you on your trips.
That sounds like it will cost me a lot more than planning on my own, right?
Outside of our planning fees, we don’t cost any more than if you were to book a trip yourself via the cruise line, airline, or resort direct. We value transparency and discourage our agents from being driven by profit off of a sale. In fact, that’s why we charge a fee so that we are working on behalf of our clients who hire us on, not on behalf of the suppliers paying on the back end.
The planning fee covers hiring us on from start to finish. After our initial consultation, we’ll send over a questionnaire to get to know you better and to learn more about what you want for your next trip. Once we all decide to move forward, only then do we charge our planning fee.
Our prices start at $100 per trip.

Should anything go wrong while you’re traveling, we work to resolve any problems and go to bat for your needs, ensuring that you have a fabulous getaway.

Our process is very conversational. We start off with a questionnaire, which allows us to get to know you and make custom-tailored recommendations for your needs. The very first question we’ll ask you is to paint the picture: close your eyes and think of the vacation you’re dreaming of. Is it lounging on an overwater bungalow or traipsing through a rainforest to an undiscovered waterfall? We want to take the dream in the back of your mind and turn it into a reality.
We combine your wishlist while taking into consideration other important factors like dates of travel and budget to create the perfect, customized itinerary and options.
