FriFotos: Flames At Luxury Properties Around the World

It’s been way too long since I’ve participated in #FriFotos, one of my favorite Twitter/Instagram events where travel and photo enthusiasts submit their pictures from around the world. This week’s theme was #flames, so here’s my roundup from some of my favorite luxury properties!

The St. Regis Deer Valley’s well placed fire pits almost make me want to be knee-deep in snow. I’d much rather enjoy this picturesque setting from the warmth of the lobby, complete with a complimentary apres-ski hot chocolate bar.

Not a better place for a beach bonfire than the open sands of Cabo, especially this private bonfire set up at Rosewood’s Las Ventanas, one of the most incredible luxury properties I’ve seen!

If you want some truly breathtaking flames, just check out the decor of the Four Seasons Vail during winter – not a cozier place in Vail to curl up next to a fire (not to mention their restaurant, Flame, is the best in town)!

Sometimes you have to get creative with FriFotos – the sun counts as a flame, right?! This picture especially reminds me of a fiery burst, right behind the quintessential didgeridoo player in the Australian Outback (not pictured on the other side of this photo – Ayers Rock, right outside of luxury property Longitude 131!).
