Island Hopping in Hawaii!

One of our goals as an agency overall is to make clients for life – we are not in the business to plan just one trip of a lifetime, we want to be there for everything! That’s why it’s so cool when our clients experience our services and refer us to their family members, as well, just like sweet Kristen & John did after we planned their honeymoon to Italy! Once they returned, Kristen introduced us to her parents, Beth & Kevin, to plan their big family trip to Hawaii – another destination that was right up our alley! Over the months that we planned, we got to know the entire family on such a deeper level and were thrilled to deliver the trip of a lifetime. We’ll let Beth take it from here with their feedback:

Thank you so much for making our vacation to Hawaii a trip of a lifetime.  It’s been hectic since we returned (two out of town graduations to attend) thus I am a bit tardy in sending this much deserved thank you!

Words cannot describe what a wonderful time we had in Hawaii but I will try…..

It was absolutely fantastic and we couldn’t have had a more memorable time.   It was quite evident the amount of time and effort that you took to ensure it was everything we envisioned. From the special touches (pictures, welcome baskets, etc.) to the outstanding accommodations and service – everything was first class.

The Wailea Beach Villas were awesome.  We were in a 5th floor unit (thank you!!) – the unit itself and the views were absolutely stunning.  There were no crowds and we felt like we had our own private piece of paradise.  (I don’t think we saw more than 6 people at any one time at the pool). Pool and Beach Service was great.  I inquired about late checkout – and, much to our surprise, they provided us a 3 bedroom penthouse to use for the remainder of the day. This was completely unexpected and more than we could have hoped for.  Parking was very convenient – assigned parking in garage just steps away from elevator access direct to unit. The only potential negative – Although the walk to the beach was no further than that of the Fairmont Orchid, there are quite a few stairs to reach the pool/beach area at Wailea, thus may not be the best choice for elderly or handicapped guests).  Overall rating on scale of 1 – 5 (5+)

The Fairmont Orchid was absolutely beautiful.  Kevin and I had a wonderful and relaxing time.  We thoroughly enjoyed the resort, helicopter tour, and fishing expedition.  (I  caught more fish than Kevin but his one fish was larger than all of mine combined!).  Your friend on property, Noelani, introduced herself and we were very impressed with the service and amenities.  The grounds were absolutely lovely and the spa surprise was wonderful – very relaxing.  Overall 5+.

All of the excursions were great and enjoyed by all! Kevin rated the helicopter tour a 6 on a scale of 1-5. The Waterfall Hike was beautiful – probably more of a moderate activity level than easy (at least for me!) but it was great – John and Callie were the brave ones of the group and actually jumped from the cliff into the waterfall – (I was the bag holder!).  We have participated in many, many snorkeling excursions over the years on our cruise vacations.  None of them compare to the snorkel/turtle excursion that you arranged in terms of service and inclusions. We have never been on an excursion that served breakfast and full lunch, including personal delivery of the breakfast and lunch.

We would definitely recommend and use again all of the lodging and excursion vendors.

You will have us as “customers for life” and be assured that we will recommend you to all of our friends and family.  We will certainly be asking for your assistance on our next trip!

Thanks again for making this a vacation of a lifetime!
