Exactly one month from today we’ll be attending our FAVORITE fake wedding – the NotWedding! If you are a bride and anywhere near the Atlanta area on October 15, head over to Monday Night Brewing (but be sure to purchase your tickets here first!) because you do not want to miss The NotWedding!
This fantastic event is a fake wedding to inspire real brides – by the end of it, you feel like you’ve attended one of the best weddings of all time. Great food? Amazing decor? Dance Party? It has all of that and more. I’ve been attending as a vendor for several years now and am so excited to bring two of my new honeymoon specialists, Jennifer Anderson & Megan Wright to meet happy brides at another fantastic Not edding! Not only can you come see US in the Tunnel of Love (that’s not as risqué of an invite as it sounds, it’s just where the vendor area is), you can enjoy the celebration and walk away with great ideas for your own wedding.
Three years ago, I fell in love with the heart behind the NotWedding when I attended one of their rehearsal dinners. Besides the extraordinary vendors – anything from photography to vintage rentals to wedding decor and everything in between – I really admire what The Not Wedding stands for. The goals that they have in mind are unique to any bridal show I’ve ever been involved in. Not only do they promote local businesses and provide brides with a great wedding day, but they encourage strong, solid marriages. The goal of The Not Wedding extends far beyond the wedding day – unlike some mass market bridal shows that focus solely on the aspects of the big day, this show provides you with a community of individuals who are happy to see your marriage thrive and succeed in the long run. I think that the event is truly being blessed by keeping that aspect in mind and it’s something that all vendors should focus on for their brides. If you believe in that same cause, you will love attending the Not Wedding and meeting each and every vendor there!
