When times are hard giving words of encouragement is the easiest way to make someone’s day. We love hearing that clients love their Epperly Travel experience, but it is truly special to hear that a client loved their experience even when they haven’t even traveled!
“I wanted to take a quick moment and let you know what an amazing employee you have in Meg Mills. To start with she planned an amazing trip for my husband and I to France (we’re actually supposed to be there right now). While we weren’t actually able to go on the trip, based on everything she had planned I know it was going to be one for the books!”
When you get an Epperly Itinerary we hope that you feel as energized as Meg’s clients knowing that you are about to embark on a trip of a lifetime! But as we have all learned too well over the last couple of months, things do not always go as planned. When travel became out of question Meg’s clients turned to her to sort everything out.
“Then, when everything hit the fan, she worked to get all of our money refunded (and I mean all of it!) and didn’t stop until I confirmed with her that every credit had hit my credit card. She made the whole thing seem easy.”
Meg navigated not only a supplier’s changing policy, but also the entire country of France’s changing policies as rolled out by their government in the midst of her client’s decision making process. When the going got tough the tough get going and that’s exactly what Meg did as she went above and beyond what her client’s ever expected!
